Founded in 1996, Creative Knowledge Development has grown in many unique and unusual ways. As a professional development consulting companion to Creative Kids Development, a nationally accredited family child care program, CKD delivered training to over 1800 child care educators across Maryland.

Today, CKD designs and delivers professional development across the country on a variety of topics to multi-disciplinary professionals who support very young children and their families.

Our expertise is expansive, but our passion is in helping to create equity and develop a culturally competent early childhood education workforce.
